Municipal General Maintenance
The Town of Dublin, Indiana, is looking for an employee who can initially provide routine, general maintenance services, including those services provided by the Town operated public electric and water utilities, Weekdays 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with half hour lunch included. Overtime and on call hours as needed. Scheduled weekend rotated will be required once trained.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay rate is contingent upon experience and education
- Very attractive health insurance plan (currently employee only pays 8% of own premium)

- On job training, and costs paid for any continuing education required by State
- Must have GED/high school diploma, and prefer some electrical, water and/or general maintenance experience
- Must currently reside, or be willing to relocate, within a 15 minutes of the Town
- Must have a valid Indiana Drivers License
- Maintain light and water facilities
- Read electric and water meters monthly
- Obtain samples for Indiana Board of health as required by state law
- Grounds Keeping of all town owned properties
- Keep and maintain streets and alleys
- Maintain mechanical equipment belonging to the Town
- Maintain park and playground equipment
- Keep daily log of projects/work you assisted in as required by the Superintendent
- Contact Police Department and/or Wayne County Animal Control of any stray animals
- Carry out other duties as reasonably directed by the Town Superintendent and/or Dublin Town Council
